betjat Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the betjat platform ("Platform", "we", "betjat") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the betjat.lat website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

betjat is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all relevant pages, services, promotions and transactions.

If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team before you start using the platform. Any use of the platform without fully understanding the Terms is entirely the user's responsibility.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and play any game on betjat, the user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household is strictly prohibited and in such cases all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. betjat reserves the right to verify user information at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

It is your responsibility to keep your betjat account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or allowing them to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately. In the event of a security breach, betjat will take immediate steps to protect the account.

betjat is not responsible for any transactions or losses arising from use of another person's account. All activity on an account is considered to be carried out under the responsibility of the account holder.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on betjat is ৳300 (Bangladesh Taka three hundred). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Once a deposit is completed successfully it is credited to the account immediately. Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (Bangladesh Taka five hundred). After verification of a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The account must be fully verified for a withdrawal to proceed. If the verification process is incomplete, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. betjat reserves the right to reject a withdrawal without giving a specific reason if suspicious activity is identified on the account.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the betjat platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the conversion rate of the relevant payment provider will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at betjat, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳26,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies and the total balance becomes ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before funds from the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is proven — such as bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, or strategic betting patterns — betjat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Other Promotions

betjat offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions stated in the offer description. The specific offer terms apply alongside the general terms and conditions.

All games on the betjat platform are powered by software from certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested and certified as fair.

Players must follow the rules of each game. Game results may be voided due to technical errors or interruptions. In such cases the amount wagered will be refunded but no winnings claims will be accepted.

Payouts incorrectly displayed in any game due to a software error or technical issue will not be considered valid and betjat is not obliged to pay that amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjat platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing fraudulent information or committing identity fraud.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting with the intention of manipulating the bonus system.
• Using hacking, bots or automation on game software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or network.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
• Playing or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, betjat reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

8.1 Suspension by betjat

betjat may suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspicion of fraud, incomplete identity verification or legal reasons. In such cases an attempt will be made to notify the relevant user by email.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. Requests for self-exclusion or a temporary break are also accepted. A valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to applicable terms.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case a maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance for the period of inactivity.
